Looking for a young pop sound, ala Carly Rae Jepsen or Demi Lovato, for your next recording project? Roxy is available to work in New York City during the academic school year (Aug -May) and in San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles during the summer and over the winter break. She is a seasoned recording artist with countless hours in the booth recording for her own projects, as well as for others' projects. Roxy has experience working with several producers, she takes direction well, is always well-prepared for her sessions, and she can deliver the sound you are looking for. Roxy is the consummate professional.
Roxy's emotive and vocal range has enabled her to sing lead vocals on a variety of songs, ranging from "Don't Know Why" (Norah Jones) and "Stand By Me" (Ben E. Jones) to "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" (Cyndi Lauper) and "ABC" (Jackson 5).....and many more!
Roxy is currently working ongoing as a session musician on the Jamtok project - a language learning app that incorporates American pop, J-pop and K-pop music. Additionally, Roxy records for songwriters who want to cut demos. Roxy can produce lead and background vocals for projects.
Roxy trains vocally with renowned LA vocal coach, Lis Lewis. Lis' other clients include Rihanna, Demi Lovato, Metro Station, Miguel and more.
